This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location on the hills of Garda Lake provided a stunning view of the countryside and the lake itself. I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking scenery from the outside terrace. Secondly, the staff were exceptional - Paolo, the owner, was a brilliant host who made me feel at home throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the basic amenities I needed, including air conditioning, which was a relief during the hot days. The value for money was fantastic.
No negative aspects. All was perfect!

Amazing views and great location, perfect for a relaxing getaway during Xmas. Loved the large pool and the option of self-catering or bed & breakfast. the continental breakfast was a great way to start the day amidst beautiful surroundings. the staff was extremely helpful and polite. Free wifi was an added advantage.
The cooking facilities were very basic and lacked a toaster, but it didn't matter much to me as I wanted to enjoy the local cuisine. the rooms could have done with air conditioning, especially during the warmer seasons, but luckily it wasn't an issue during the Xmas season.

The hotel is situated on the hills of Garda Lake, providing stunning views of the surrounding area. Guests can enjoy the beautiful scenery from their rooms and the pool area. the apartments are comfortable and spacious, with clean rooms and ample towels and linens provided. the owner, Paolo, is a great host who is always willing to help and speak multiple languages.
Some of the rooms can be noisy due to the old building and tiled floors.

Celebrating the New Year at this hotel was awesome! The view from the top of the hill was stunning. The well-maintained pool was also great for swimming, especially when the weather was warm enough to take a dip. the nearby grocery store and restaurant made it easy to have delicious meals without having to go too far.
While the location was perfect, the bed in the hotel room was somewhat uncomfortable. , a bit more attention could be paid to the kitchen's supplies, as there were some essential utensils lacking.
